The individual breathing session are in the <a href=\"https:\/\/avondvolaandacht.nl\">Avond vol Aandacht studio<\/a> Amsterdam-Oost, Commelinstraat 47 sous (close-by the Tropenmuseum).<br><br>The advice is to plan at least two weeks in between sessions.
